Return & Exchange Policy – 2 cents
At 2 cents, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not entirely happy with your
purchase, you may return eligible products under the conditions outlined below.
General Return Conditions:
• Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, please contact our support team, with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return packaging instructions.
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse. Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
• Used, worn-out, or washed items.
• Items sent without prior return approval.
• Items not preserved in their original condition (tags, labels, packaging) will not be eligible for return or refund.
Please Note:
• All exchanges are subject to stock availability and whether your address is serviceable for exchange pickup.
• The product must remain unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
• You may try the product on, but take care not to damage or wear it.
Refund Process:
• Refunds are initiated once the item passes our quality check.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via direct bank transfer through a secure Payout link, sent to your registered email and phone number.
